UK CPM Charge Notice - But questionable photographic evidence

Thanks for any advice!
I received a Parking Charge Notice from UK Car Park Management and I dont ever remember parking in that particular carpark (I dont normally venture into that part of town).
There are 2 photos included on the notice but none showing my car's Vehicle Registration.
Photo 1 is of an expired ticket and photo two is a snippet of a vehicle (which is purported to be mine) with signage about 30 metres away behind it).
How should I respond to this? Should I respond at all?
Do they perhaps have other photos that they havent presented?
Reason is for: Unauthorised Parking.
Thanks for taking the time! :A

Photos mean next to nothing in the context of private parking.

Thanks for reply!
Yes read through this and I can see that I need to copy an appeals template into online appeal page.
BUT UK CPM only accept written appeals.
Should I write them a letter?
Or should I be appealing directly to IPC via their online appeals page?
UK CPM are a member of IPC

You cannot appeal to teh IAS. As the thread is explciit on, you can only appea to the operator first. And, you never appeal to the IAS (2nd level appeal) as they are a complete sham organisation.0

Write them a letter, yes - based on the IPC template (immediately above the blue BPA template) but ensure you couch it as coming from the keeper and give no hint of who was actually driving, also sign it with a squiggle - not your normal signature.
IAS appeals are indeed pretty useless, so its up to you if you don't bother as it will very likely be a waste of time. However if you do appeal, you will likely get a confused mess of a "judgement" that may actually count in your favour should the PPC ever try court.0
