Washing machine help!!!

Hello all, i've just done a load of washing, and its come out with greeny black marks all over it. i have rewashed and its come out, but any ideas whats caused it in the first place?

It could be anything from grease to grass, even somethig left in a pocket or mixed in with the washing, but as it has washed out, chances are it wont happen again.:A:dance:1+1+1=1:dance::A

Don't know what has caused it but it might be an idea to run your washing machine through the hottest cycle, empty, to make sure you clear away all of whatever it was.0

What you mean is a maintenance wash I think and you should use a powder when you do that to get the best results. Full details are here if you want them. It can cure a plethora of silly little problems though.

This sometimes happens to me when I overload the machine. Particularly if I wash more than one bath sheet at a time as they are quite heavy when wet.0
