    You are correct, I have no idea what I'm talking about with regards to pensions I'm afraid.

    You're not making this any easier... First things first: what actually is your pension entitlement - what did your statement of deferred benefits say...? (Without giving any figures, you've repeatedly asserted it to be minimal, and I don't believe you.)
    I should of listened to people on here and insisted on being assessed for Ill health instead of redundancy.

    Why are you not considering requesting an ill health retirement from deferred, as your hoped-for partial recovery hasn't actually happened?
