I would like to make a claim for PPI on mortgages that I had with my ex husband, I can't remember the names of our mortgage company, and he won't cooperate, has anyone got any advice ?

You'll need to draw up a shortlist and try your luck.
You'll also need him to make the complaint with you.
However, most mortgage PPI wasn't mis sold, so don't get your hopes up too high unless you have strong complaint reasons.0 -
He'll have to if you want to advance any complaint.Kate194735 wrote: »he won't cooperate,0
