I don't care. Read the policy which appears in the header of the forum page. Then consider this:
To paraphrase an American president -
If it looks like a spammer, smells like a spammer, quacks like a spammer then it probably is a spammer.
You didn't say if it was a relative or friend of yours?
Don't bother PM'ing me again

Think you will find that your alleged moveandmortgage.co.uk spammer did indeed sell their property through the site. I know because it is my site.
They did put the message to help my site, but only because they were happy with what it did for them.

Those are my principles. If you don't like them, I have others.
I have writer's block - I can't begin to tell you about it.
You told me again you preferred handsome men but for me you would make an exception.
It's a recession when your neighbour loses his job; it's a depression when you lose yours.

I've had one like that before.
That's the poster that said the same thing 11 times applying it to as many different circumstances as you can think of? They must have been a really happy customer to do that.
How nice of them. you should feel ashamed of yourself Bob.

I checked which one it was and I think it was the one I criticised for getting a typo in the hyperlink so it didn't work. If you are going to link-!!!!! at least manage to spell your links correctly.A house isn't a home without a cat.
