how do i get rid of the s/touch logo at the bottom of the screen?? Mr nobody !!! went on the pc and left me with it and its in the way.

Isn't speedtouch the brand of a very popular Broadband USB modem

Speedtouch is the Alcatel ADSL modem. The tray isn't essential for the running of the modem and all it does is to let you see interesting stats (not!).
Can't remember as I don't own one now but you need to either remove it from your start-up folder or regedit out.0
