It is always nice to see a PPC come a cropper in a residential claim.

In my opinion where a PPC has attempted to interfere with someone's leasehold rights, costs for unreasonable behaviour be should be automatic. Now get your own back, complain to your MP, leaflet the other residents, write bad stuff about the MA who got into bed with the scammers on Trust Pilot, Allagents, Facebook, etc.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.

    Hi everyone,

I received the court order for costs but have not heard anything from the Claimant and no sign of a cheque. The 14-day period has now passed. What is the correct procedure for chasing the money?
