damaged sofa - delivery refusal

HI

If a sofa is delivered damaged do I have the right to refuse delivery?
is this the best way of dealing with this issue?

What if only one sofa is damaged out of 2? (not a suite or matching) Should the whole delivery be refused?

Thanks

Yes, I would refuse the whole delivery if it was matching but just the damaged item if not unless you can't keep one without the other.

If you accept delivery they will just try to send someone to inspect it etc, you don't need that hassle.
