I haven't done it myself as my phone isn't compatible, but I know that it is the Android Pay app. It can only be used with android phones that have NFC. You have to add a visa card to the app to win prizes. The following link should help you

Yes an app Android Pay app if you have NFC o. Your phone and add a card for the first time you should be able to get the Tap, pay, win promo and can play for 30 days.

bubbs, once you set your target weight and get to it, you can't change it by just a few pounds later. You can only change it by 7 pounds or more, so you need to take this into consideration. They do this to stop people chopping and changing their target weight just to keep within limit of +/- 3 lbs
