The first post of the M list on page 18 is now on Monday (anything that expired on Wednesday has been removed so, in effect, it and the rest of the list is now on Wednesday but doesn't yet have items that I had as new on Wednesday itself). I will try to complete the other posts as soon as I can, to add what happened after 19th October (I've deleted what has expired since then, so, in that sense, they are "up-to-date" but currently more incomplete than usual). For now therefore, they are 'good as far as they go'. They are missing lots of items that were added after 19th October and which are still on in M as at Wednesday. And of course I've yet to add much new, including to the first post, that I got on Wednesday for the first time (although there wasn't much additional that time, he says:rotfl:- at least not as much as some times I've had in the past).

Snap, I'm sure my dad had one before he went into the home, I'll ask my mum if she still has it. It would be a bit of a trek for you though unless you know anyone who travels north x
