Looks ghastly cold outside but I'm still wrapped up in my freshly laundered duvet
I'm going to have to get the mountain trekking gear on & go down the hill to fetch our post from the Sorting Office. Our Family Motto ~If all else fails - read the instructions...

Also check your emails for ones from Virgin east coast.
As a result of booking my stray rabid feral child on their wonderful trains they have sent me a voucher for a free hot drink and snack bar valid for 3 months
"The voucher can be exchanged for one drink from a choice of either Yorkshire Tea, Taylors of Harrogate Speciality Tea (Earl Grey, Peppermint, or Green) Nescaf! Decaff coffee, Hot Chocolate, Taylors of Harrogate Americano, Cappuccino, Flat White, Latte, Mocha or Espresso and one Kit Kat, Twix, Snickers, Dairy Milk or Eat Natural Cashew and Blueberry bar".
Valid for 3 months
Its an old fashioned print off email
I expect everyone will have the same bar code ending in 504????“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -

Cant remember who said chat was not available via AM3X now. I just managed to do online chat for a shop on the small shop list , that told me they didnt take AM3X and got £5 credit on my card
Thanks for that - I was wondering how to do this.
There is one place on the master list that I need to contact them about.
Last year it was on the list, a very nice place for having a posh coffee with my OH. I went on their website to check opening times and menus and they had closed in the summer
A new place had taken them over but it was not opening until mid December so on the 1st day of small shops I checked the list again and contacted them before the new place took over - £5
Oddly it was still showing on the list as the original owners this year even though its now 18 months since they closed.
I logged on and went via chat - you need your 4 digit security number and I was confused as to what this was, fortunately I guessed correctly.
My new best friend Joseph has credited my account with £5
This place is in the midlands if anyone wants to swap info if you have a similar issue - possibly this is illegal and redfox will put me on the naughty step“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove.
