It didn't lose that much to the Asti - only 60p. Well done:) - one where the alcohol generally helps and the receipt is fairly small so they aren't getting a chance to buy many rollbacks that are way cheaper than elsewhere.

Meanwhile, I am keeping it small - the receipt that had this doesn't give a voucher vs M, instead it is vs T:

I have M 40p for SP Sweetcorn tin. However from this shop from this morning:

They probably have the situation that I find - mainly unchanged SELs and no SELs at all, perhaps one store with 40p SEL. However, stores which have removed their SEL and have not yet displayed 40p don't count towards anything and it may end up with a minority of their stores with 35p but more 35ps than the 40p. Or maybe the price went to 40p, the SEL was changed in the one store I saw, removed in another, awaiting the SEL to be printed off, but a further store didn't do anything, and perhaps the price then went back to 35p. I mostly don't know what the prices really are:rotfl:. It's a possibility - due to me seeing 40p on one occasion though, I now think every 35p indication for this item means 40p. I may get 40p, 40p, 40p at one stage in the future and then think it is 40p. I may get returns to lots of 35ps if it goes back to that (or even if it didn't:rotfl:). I have had two stores absent SELs in the meantime - suggesting the new price was maintained as I saw the second store with no SEL on a later week and it remains that way until at least yesterday - but this could suggest the opposite thing: perhaps I saw no SEL last week i the move by the store to 40p which it could have put on a day after I visited and, then, a day before I revisited, or even on the morning before the time I saw it, could have taken away the 40p SEL but not yet put 35p back on - whether the SEL may now be changing back to 35p if the price has ever gone back however I don't know. As far as I know, M's product is 40p. Anyway, there's the information that the APG for this morning has been returning M at 35p.

It is the same price against T - however, technically, if you buy lots of tins, don't shop in Northern Ireland, and of course buy enough qualifying items for a comparison at all, they may work out slightly better against M if the system still has 35p for M when you check as the weight in T is 1g lower. The fraction of a penny may start to round upwards if you buy 'too many' of this item in a single shop - if you buy four tins, it would round down but, buy five, and the T comp., I suspect, becomes 1p higher price for T than M (although the system shows exact pence, it does have a record of the actual decimal places on weight adjustments behind the system). Buying six or more includes buying five within it, so the price comparison may work out slightly worse against T - but nothing to bother with really as it hardly matters much.
