Evening Elite :wave: Well I seem to be in a sleep all day and awake all night routine at the moment
I did get to see doc last week and they have increased my depression meds from 150 to 225 mg a day, rather than change to another medication. And to try to take tablet every morning at same time, as I told her how I don't get up till well after noon most days. I haven't managed that yet though
Early days yet, but when I do sleep I sleep more deeply with little waking, miving, dozing off again, so I think that makes it a better sleep, I guess. I go back in 4 weeks to review so will see how I go

Eeeeeh...ah tell yer what:rotfl:
I used Hampy’s link
https://www.purina.co.uk/cats/key-life-stages/ageing/cats-age-in-human-years
The first 2 years of his life is worth 25 and then it’s 4 years for every year of his life after that and he’s 12 years old
Hells bells ....he’s only 65:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
So you were doing a bubbs0 -
Just looking at the terms and conditions for the quidco £2.50 offer and it says £5 including vat and delivery, but I think it's probably safest to go for £6 just in case.0

Picked up 3 of the hand creams today and 3 H&B, they knocked£4.50 off apg to get it down to less than £20.Back to square one, no apg, no comment.0

Your subconscience was probably telling you something was wrong last time you drove the car...maybe a little noise or ........did your minds eye notice something different about how the tyre looked?
Nope, I knew the moment I went over it, I could hear it. It was huge, about 6 inches long/inch wide.“Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?”
