    Good afternoon

Can I ask for a bit of techie help ? Please and thanks

My mobile account is with virgin and I have just noticed a charge for uploading a receipt to COS or CS

Virgin say that there is no package that allows pictures to be sent but there is not much point in paying 50p to upload each receipt Obviously it works FOC on Ipad but they are in use

    Cheers

It shouldn't be using MMS to send the photos? It should be using data? I am sure most mobile packages exclude mms so would think we would have seen comment about this before given how many receipts we have been collectively uploading?

On voda, I used to have to pay to send photos on MMS on 4g, I think that it was approx £2.50 for a 100. Now I only send them using wi-fi.
