I did wonder about maybe getting some sort of set with a miniature brolly and gloves or a nice scarf - one sister has arthritis so possibly the leather time gloves wont do ...

There is no set budget - ideally something that you cant buy in a supermarket but not too high end either, maybe above the Marks level
