It doesn't seem to be account specific as Mrs Anon hadn't received the email, but could book the offer fares after I had clicked through.

I can't get it to work for child but adult is ok. Interestingly though, when I look for fares they all show just a few points as I go forward from, say, 1pm departures. But then if I scroll backwards some of them mysteriously change to the Black Friday 1000 pts.

Clicking through the email must be the key then, although it doesn't appear to matter whether the email is for a specific account - When I did the initial 1000 point ones on 2 accounts, I clicked through the same email twice

Well I have booked returns for all of next week, think I will leave it now, and make sure the points are added on before doing any more.
