Booked my boy on the train.......He will love the pampering....8 minute journey for £1:30.....

Hope I have done this right...Never been on the Nectar train before...:D

    Confirmation Email said I collected 2 points....Is that right..:o

Thanks, did this, but still not showing the extra points when i choose journey, do I have to pay before it shows?
That's what I am wondering as my email said I have 2 points...Hope I didnt get on the wrong bloomin train...:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

This is the trouble I had last time round - i closed the window then went back into it again via the link in the email and it was showing without me having to do anything else.

Try closing the window then going back in. I selected my ticket before logging in via the link on the right hand side saying "sign in for nectar points" or something like that

Are offers once per account or once per card please?

    Thank you

    Anon

    Per card

My wife *cough* and I regularly do the same offers with no problem

I now have a 3rd card in my mum's name for her to use when she does shopping on behalf of our household ;)

and for when she books train travel on our behalf

    Yes. And.....?

    SnS

Had a cs saying I would get back half the cost on a gift card....

Nectar live chat say I should get beck full price cash.

Specific t&c don't seem to be loading for me on sains website

There is reference to standard return conditions applying but these don't say anything about nectar points funded purchases let alone double up voucher purchases.
    I think....
  • I'll see some of you on the Oxford to Reading train :D.

Just keep going in until someone gives you what you want. That's what you're going to do anyway, right? :rotfl:
