    Am I being thick with the settings or is Great Train not accepting children travelling on their own ...?


    I didn't get round to booking the other night and now looks like it is not going to let me :(.

  • Hi all, glad you're having success with the GWR points. I didn't realise at the time I originally posted that nobody had mentioned it before.

    I'm having a nightmare booking myself though. It keeps coming up with 'oops an error has occurred' when trying to select a child ticket. How have you managed to book just a child ticket? Any help greatly appreciated. ��

    When you click through the email link it doesn't let you book for children....BUT... if you click through the email link and then click "buy tickets" at the top of the screen that loads it will let you book children.

    That said, i did this yesterday and have no email today about the 2k points being awarded :eek:

    ETA: I just realised, when I bought my tickets I opted out of marketing emails, that's probably why I've not had an email. T&Cs don't say you have to stay opted in to receive the points
