My friend insists we need to this week to exchange vouchers and has sent me a nectar screen shot that says this, yet when I look on the nectar site it says I can exchange in store next week.
Our store has done away with with customer services desk so goodness knows where we go!0 -

I'm good Bubbs, thanks for asking - getting used to the grumpy one being retired. He did go out and do a job this morning though!
No idea about melons I'm afraid.

Does anyone know.............how long do melons keep uncut?
It will depend on the temperature of your storage area, as the heat will ripen then quicker, I have sometimes had melons for a couple of months waiting for them to ripen.
Also keep them away from bananas, as they emit ethylene gas (what ever that is) and cause other fruit to spoil quicker.0 -
Hi Peeps
Hope life gets easier for everyone.
Another Sainsburys update
I only had 4 vouchers from the swipe and win but was told I could only put one through with each transaction. The 2000 pointer wouldn't scan at self service and had to be added at c. service.
When it wouldn't scan the assistant who explained why asked how many (2000 pointers) I'd got then said because you're only allowed one. Doesn't sound very random to me, I think someone ought to investigate.
Sorry can't help with doubling up.0 -
Glad you are getting used to him:p

Is it worth trying freezing some melon and see what it comes out like? Maybe you could keep a good stock in the freezer. What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -
