Gosh, what a palaver in S today.
I’d decided to go for a recce’ today and also to change up the £80 worth of points on one Nectar card.
There were 2 SAs on the CS counter and the one that I spoke to was spouting last years rules and wanted to know what categories I wanted and only allowed max of £50 of vouchers. I patiently explained that the rules had changed this year and I could now have up to £200 worth of vouchers (although in my case £160) which covered all eligible categories. Another younger SA arrived, ( a much younger one that refused to add some of my voucher points without a purchase during swipe and win). She said that the rules had changed this year but I was only allowed “one voucher per transaction” and could only have one £50 voucher today and had to come back tomorrow for another one. I explained that I lived a long way away and couldn’t come back every day for a voucher. She was steadfast so I asked for a copy of the Ts&Cs to go and read.
Ten minutes later I returned to the CS desk and ended up speaking to the third SA explaining the previous conversation and saying I couldn’t see anything in the T&Cs about getting one voucher a day. The TIT was still at the desk and listening. I now had both dealing with me but they would only give me one voucher which I then asked for. I then asked if they would try to give me another. The TIT then got on the phone to someone and at first asked them to come to the CS desk but then went on to explain the situation. After a long time listening she then came off the phone and gave me two more £50 vouchers.
It transpires that the “one voucher per transaction” refers to when you are spending your vouchers so that you cannot spend £200 worth of vouchers against one item. Of course I have no idea whether this is right or not.
Needless to say no apology just repeatedly telling me that I couldn’t spend them all in one transaction. I was exhausted by the time they’d finished.
Recce wasn’t good either as there were lots of empty slots on the PS4 display and I wanted to get some for GCs Christmas presents.

Hi bubbles. I have no personal experience but Google suggests 7-10 days.SweetnSavvy wrote: »I’ve just been reading back and it seems that we collectively have no idea of what the real T&Cs are as everyone is reporting different things depending on the SA they talk to. 🙁

Quick question regarding Sbobs double up vouchers. Put card in today to double up and all that the CS gave me is what looks like a Sbobs receipt, sure last time a voucher came out, anyone changed theirs today?
Not today - but yesterday I had proper vouchers (similar to the swipe/win coupons last week).ELITE 5:2

I was told the same thing about only 'spending' one voucher at a time. I wanted 2 x£50 vouchers to spend on wine - no trouble getting the vouchers but they were adamant that I could only spend them singly so would have to split my wines on the conveyor belt.
I was previously told that the vouchers could only be spent on one category but other staff said this was incorrect. They don't seem sure of what they are doing - much like Tesco and Asda !ELITE 5:2
