Happy birthday bubbs, from one birthday girl to another :j
Let's share some birthday cake. :)

    Happy birthday :bdaycake:
Thank you all for your kind comments :A

TS :A you are so very kind and I have sent you a PM.

I have been using a wheat-filled microwave bag and have an electric heat pad, but these only give a bit of comfort rather than any pain relief. I'm on morphine and taking OxyNorm, but they knock me out, and the hallucinations are getting scary. Earlier, a crazy man drove a fork-lift truck through my bedroom wall, and I had to hold onto my bed as he shoved it across the bedroom to the other wall

Sorry to hear your in pain.

My dad is having hallucinations aswell, said there are big cats running through the ward, and there are other people lying in the bed with the patients. I know the nhs is struggling but to be doubling up beds is a bit much :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I also managed to get 20 packets of toilet rolls today :j:j

Yes, checked order confirmation and it was correct. They took out the correct number of points. I went on their online chat & was 144th in a queue & it took nearly an hour before I got through. They said they would sort it out before the end of the promotion. I said I wanted it sorted before the start of it, that was why I ordered them in advance on line. I do not think it will get sorted in time so will exchange some more in store. I have quite a few from the Amex card anyway. I complained about the wait but ws not offered anything - had expected some points adding on for inconvenience, very poor service.

I maybe asking the most stupidest question - but can you get nectar points from amex?

Was thinking of our Poppy earlier - seems those windows have done the trick bless her. Meanwhile Pix is staring out the window watching - totally oblivious to the all the noise and not bothered one bit. Can't believe it cos she is the most skittish cat ever.
