  • No subscription, but just to say that I have a printer with multiple cartridges, cyan, magenta, yellow and black (Canon TS5050) I find that it can save money when doing many colour prints, as you only change the colour you need tpo and not throw out an all in one colour cartridge that still has ink in it. Also, it accepts knock off cartridges that are cheaper than manufacturer ones.

We have a Canon MG5550 that I got on Black Friday, it takes individual colour cartridges, was hoping to get them similar but you seem to have to pay over the odds for that now. Do not want to buy them an expensive printer, would not be surprised if it ends up wrecked fairly quickly.
Enterprise....I have Which, how can I help you....:)

Smooth T shop for me this morning thank goodness. Got rid of my last 6 crisp mocs, and 3 BJerrys, also got lots of nappies (friend gave me some mocs).

Used the handyscanner and didn’t check or remove anything and escaped the ‘random’ check :)
Put all the crisp mocs through first, and SA was fine with the rest and even put it onto assist mode so it didn’t ask for authoration on every one.

I always buy the cartridges in S on the double up, as they come under electrical...so half price or even free if you won enough on swipe and win. I have just sold 7 empty cartridges on the bay for £25!

Think I will be binning some 10p bread that has been in a while. Also considering sending my Xmas meat to a relatives as she has some room.

I have now spent all of my APGs, all of my crisp coupons. Next marathon is getting all of my Sains points added then double up (I ordered some last night from 1 of our cards). Wish I had listened to TM and used them as I shopped. Anyway have to go this morning to a small one and they just added them for me last time, so will try that fist. If not, it will be single bananas and carrots for me :) How are we planning to convert these to cash/gift cards this year? Very interested in this as have loads of points on 1 card from our Amex nectar card.

Do you get a warning from Amex when you need to start to pay for the card & can you cancel this straight away? My year is up soon I am sure and need to get OH one instead for next 12 months.

I am totally fed up of shopping and am looking forward to a few nice weekends and early evenings home where I stay in the house and enjoy a few relaxing days.
Amex gold no need to hold for 12 months, we close as soon as the 5x points is done so that we can be a new customer again sooner. When switching to partner account the referral is worth more than what is available on cash back sites.

Plus even if you cans after a fee is charged they will actually refund prorata for unused months. Can't see how they can be so customer friendly and still make money. Before cancelling however don't forget small shops is coming up!

    3+1 free packs?

Did Thorpe park with the kids yesterday, 25 annual pass plus 10 extra for fright night, was supposed to have bought ticket for one friend and forgot until the day when price goes up from 33 to 55 - doh. Luckily found if using club card points tripled 33 ticket was still available - phew. It was so cold and q s were mahoosive, had some fast pass from a complaint from previous visit and managed to swap some ride ones for a maze golden ticket that let us to unlimited maze queue jumps so did rides with cumulative 6 hours of queues in an hour and a half.

At least one ride we were queueing for broke down so I guess we will need to complain again....
    I think....

Thank you, I think I am going to have to sit down and do a comparison. I was hoping to get them one similar to ours, I get the cartridges for ours for a silly price off Ebay, want to get them a small ink stock too, but just hoping they put it somewhere where the kids cant get at it lol.

    Good morning

Enterprise I have just bought an HPEnvy 4520 from Currys for £59.99. Because it had £30 cashback (which i have just received) and 7 months free Instant Ink - can print 300 pages per month. So for £30 a good deal even if don't use after this, but I buy a gadget and fe-fill my cartriges, usually get about 3 re-fills out of each one, which reduces cost of ink.
  • Morning all!

I used the last of my crisp coupons this morning. There was no cheap tuna unfortunately :-(.

It was so cold cycling yesterday and forecast to be colder today so I drove in today. It's lovely and sunny out there though.
