Call amex and check with them when your 12 months is up, so that you cancel your card before you have to pay. I have done this before,..... I explained that I did not want the card after the 12 months as I did not want to pay, they are very helpful.
Or login online/to the app, click on Membership rewards and it says when the renewal bonus would be due (on Gold).

I had the spring water 3+1 scanned yesterday
there were 3+1 brine so that's for today'
so what else in T today?
crisps (none there yesterday)
B+J ice cream
tuna
eggs ( egg sarnies for my journey home tomorrow)
Boys have only just had breaky, none of us are washed and dressed ...15 min walk to t and be back for nap time (little boy not me) by 11.
...and id like a cup of coffee first...
