  • Afternoon all! It's blowing a hooley up here on Dartmoor. A really cold northerly wind too. I wore my gloves for the race! I was first woman so I'm very pleased. I'm currently hiding in the car out of the wind, waiting for the prize presentation.

I have :o:j Yesterday I put £20 petrol in and the first voucher I received was 5000 points. The next was 500 points. I then went into the shop and using the same card on 6 small transactions, I got another 5000, 1x2000, 1x 1000, 2x 500 and 1x 200. I have never done that well before. I used to think vouchers might be linked to card use, but I doubt they would give one person so many good vouchers, so now think it is totally random and I was just really lucky. One the way out of the shop, I wombled 1x 200 and 1x 2000!!

    Fabulous :T:T:T:T

Think they're printed each time as I got double points on fuel coupons as well as my swipe and win coupons. I suspect it's just wishful thinking that they'd work together though :o

    Really?
I didn't think they were. I've been incredibly lucky virtually every time.

If they run it again I will do more research to get my Christmas shopping done with giftcards:)

Tuna was marked up as RTC today. The spring water ones were a bit bashed today but yesterday's were fine. The ones in oil were fine too, selling for 1.28 which seemed like an odd amount. No sign of brine for a quid though.

Had a lovely SA who scanned every coupon I had printed even though they took a bit of waving around to work. 15 packs and a bottle of vanilla essence later, 30p to pay and she was pleased for me! Now that's good customer service :T:T

Maybe that's just the case in petrol stations but it would seem odd to have different machines in store. Most of the £10 and £15 vouchers were sold out by mid-morning yesterday, we will all have to set our alarm clocks if that's going to be the way forward :D

    Afternoon

I am going to use the last of my APGs, then a last petrol shop ,finally a whoopsie run to Morries

I tidied up my cashback receipts last night and put them on the table but this morning two are missing and two were on the chair I think the dog pulled the table cover and ate the receipts :rotfl: He sometimes chews bags and bits of paper

Bonus points of 10400 on £100 fuel, £35 on gift cards and £45 on food. Some bits for DS and some for cashback. Happy with that :T:T
