    I haven;t worked since 2011 from an accident, to my legs.

    They're chasing me for the overpayment and I only get £225 a month whilst my my ex gets £1400.

    I aint got a clue what todo!!!

    Good morning everyone. unsure what we are eating at the minute as bought no woopsies for a couple of weeks and the fridge is still full and so is the freezer? I treated us to chis from the chip shop last night - they are £1.80 per bag now :eek::eek:. I usually pay 10p for 2.5kg. Think it will be home made in future, although they were really nice.

    You can't pay back what you haven't got scamps:o You need to be left with enough to live on and most benefit agencies will look at your income and expenditure and work out a repayment plan that you can afford. They will want back what they have given you as they will say that you've had the benefit of that money previously.

    Do you have a welfare rights or Citizens Advice Bureau that you can visit?
