Box has no seals on it, contents have been out & shoved back in & the box is in a dreadful damaged state & my address label slapped across it

I feel for you snap, I had my own saga with amazon last month, I buy my dog food from there, or did, I have had bags delivered before that have been damaged but last month the bag was ripped from top to bottom and taped together, my concern was where had my dogs food been , a dirty warehouse floor?, they sent a replacement without any quibble only it never arrived and they claimed the courier had damaged it too, ended up with a refund

Does look a bit tatty! Have to admit something from Amazon came with just an address label on it for me, but it was a freebie, and something that no one would be interested in nicking (vacuum bags, the ones that you used to shrink wrap things)
