Does changing a conservatory roof make the room it is attached too very dark?

I am looking for a nectar offer of extra points for an amex nectar sign up so if anyone hears of it please let us know, thanks.

    currently
20,000 Nectar bonus points on offer, altho you can get 21000 on referral from a friend ;), sometimes do the 30,000 around this time of year, I guess this is what you are after...but not seen anything...

On COS I have Morrison's/com £4 cash back on Gran Campo Viejo Cava Brut Reserva.

It says "save 1/3" but there's currently £3 off at M's, retailing at £9

I've bought a bottle and the £4 was in my COS account within minutes.

£5 isn't bad for a nice drop of fizz

There have been whispers on HUKD about the double up, the toy sale and 25% off clothes but nothing about swipe 'n' win.

I'm keeping my petrol tank near empty just in case it's sprung on us :rotfl:

Sainsbury'ssent me an email earlier in the week stating Double Up is in November.

Probably reported, but on Q I see an offer for £2.50 bonus on £5 spend, expires tomorrow.

Activate first - banner on the homepage and showing on the app.

Did the bonus and W1lko transaction from the other week track for others? I went through the link but have had to put claims in for me and family members as the transactions haven't reported :(.

My transaction tracked, but the bonus just says 'opted in'. I spoke to the online chat and they said it'll be like that until the cashback is confirmed.

I've got lots of 'wine clearance' items in M that I had from 26th September - I was looking in the range £4.50-£6.00. Really expensive as I understand a 75cl bottle of wine costs about £1 to make:rotfl:. Many of which are currently on the list, in two different places - there may be some more, which may or may not still be on (but it's a start place idea) - some of the offers changed a couple of weeks ago in M and at least one wine I had came out of an offer but I imagine the clearances should still be on - just be aware that, if I have any few more still to add, some of them may be going into the "APG" section of the list, even though it doesn't exist anymore, as that would have been their proper location and it keeps it neat and tidy. I suppose it tells us of the ones that I have found available at A and to avoid buying those from them:rotfl:.

I'd give me at least a week to get round to updating this all - to 26th September - as today is being used to sort other things out and see where I am going from here. If I reach the M list today it will be a bonus as it's currently in my queue of things to do at about position four or five after other things first. Then I have another two appointments (one for me, one for someone else) tomorrow, which will take out the morning, and a phone call in the afternoon, which may again lead to another visit and take out much of the day, then it's teatime, so I'm here after that at 8, then it's late in the day to start and may get pushed to Saturday, but then Saturday and Sunday are busy and I may finally reach the M list on Monday. Anyway, enough of my business:rotfl: - back soon!:)

EDIT: Just to add if I suggest it's going to take ages until I find time, I'll probably then find I have free time that comes available and everything else first took me all of two minutes to do. It's when I don't post to say it will take me ages that it probably will.

Very nice:T. Still won't get rid of my fraction towards 250 points though:rotfl:. I suppose whatever points amounts they were would have people moaning - if they gave something that wasn't divisible by 250, people would be complaining there was some of it they couldn't use.

    :A Phew :A

I was coming here to post the very same thing - spooky. In fact it's been double phew for me.

My pockets that I made an attempt to check thoroughly - I still failed to do so (is it only me whose thorough search fails to be one and fails to find something?) as I happened to reach into my pocket soon after midnight (to get my keys to open the door to put some rubbish out) and out came a crumpled receipt:o. Two items - not enough, phew!

The other one - this was bound to happen, especially with me. Only today am I able, finally, to get round to tidying up. Of course, the first thing I pull out is a full A receipt that had fallen down near the printer. A very nice, tidy receipt as well - but did I claim the voucher and print it out? My records of the receipt number reveal it is for £1.75. Not a great amount, but still. But I couldn't find a £1.75 voucher anywhere.

I have now found the £1.75 voucher, relating to the right receipt, in another part of my folder. Phew! The receipt must have fallen on the floor when the page the voucher is printed on dropped out of the printer, instead me putting the voucher with the page and filing it away. I knew something like this would happen, as it always does or I can't find something and, after a search that fails to find it, end up with thinking 'it'll turn up whenever it turns up' although if I knew this was missing yesterday it would have to be found or lost. I daren't go out to the car:rotfl:.

(It's always - something goes missing, you've checked your coat, it's not there, you look around the house for it for two hours, can't find it anywhere, then you put your hand into that pocket in your coat that you never use and it was there all along:o:rotfl:. Ahh, I've been out to cars, onto trains and buses back to places I've visited, can't find things, and then they were in one of my pockets all along. It's no use checking the pocket first thing - it won't be found then and will only turn up later. I think there is this secret person that goes around and puts things back there when I'm not looking.)

    Message from zippy

"Oh sugar. I meant the APG. Apologise for me. I'm at work now. I normally post ending offers I meant there will be no more. Oops"

He didn't actually say "sugar" btw :rotfl:

I think, nah I know, he said what some young lady said in front of me when I was back at my car at Sainsbury's:rotfl:. I'd parked next to the car in which she was to be a passenger and she went to open the door whilst I was coming back to my car behind. She turned around and exclaimed the same quite loudly, causing her boyfriend or whomever to laugh and I just automatically responded, without thinking, with "That's alright." More like an apology for nearly bumping into me these days:rotfl:. Not to worry, I was effectively saying, no harm done:cool:.

If you're reading this story and recognise it, it's intentional - now you know it was me:D.
  • Have you not heard I'm doing froctober stop trying to make me spend money

    :rotfl:

Well that's an omen, PERCY PROSECCO won the 1.40 Huntingdon at 4/1 :D

Go on! Go on! Go on! You know you want to :D

mine is being done as we speak. i guess it depends where you are and what you want and how big, mine is 3m x 4m all glass walls, the roof was lean to polycarb, straight replacement was quoted about 3800, solid lean to was about 4500 and georgian raised solid was 5800. thats inc vat, spotlights are 30 each and have got 9 but theyve rounded it down to 6k. a fiend of mine has paid 10k which seems to be standard. im using a local company. the tiles are plastic but look amazing so far. they did my parents windows and did a great job so they came recommended. plasterer is coming tomorrow apparently. i asked how much it would be for them to put me a fan light in if i bought the light, no charge! all new facia and guttering too, its taking about a week and half. hth x

Thankyou very helpful, a friend has had hers done and its cost £8 000, and OH said he thought that was way too expensive, he thought it would be around £2 000 :rotfl: he is going to be shocked when I show him this.

Think we may stick with our normal conservatory roof, as I would prefer a new kitchen :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
