I added half a jar of sun dried tomatoes which needed using up, a veggie stock cube and loads of herbs and we had it with pasta:)

In the new era of extreme frugality we are moving up to 2 non meat days a week:)

Stop! No further APG shops - no time to check as less than 3 hours to midnight (... or would it be 1am with GMT/BST? I wouldn't gamble checking!).

M&S Sale now up to 70%.
If anyone finds out when it's going to be 90% please shout loud.
I am ashamed to say i have gone up another dress size and need some clothes that fit until I can manage to loose some weight. Don't whant to spend a lot, because i need to loose loads, just seems like too big a challenge at the moment. Got a letter to see Dr and Nurse about blood test results (don't know why, yet) so can feel a major telling off coming!
