my glands in my neck/throat were inflamed and I found brufen tabs helped with the swelling and paracetamol and ice cream helped soothe my sore throat.

I signed up with them years ago when there was a good cashback deal, and haven't used it since, but clearing emails I found one from them giving me a free fiver to play with. So, in my breaks from ironing, I've played and got my money up to £26.70:j:j and have withdrawn the £21. I find it mind numbingly boring, but scarily addictive.
