I don't know whether this is a glitch in M (I don't find items in the first place through glitches only at the till/SS but through obvious, explicit SEL information) but the Eat Smart 12 pack frozen sausages (BC normal M BC start digits and then ending 789161) are scanning at the 50p price that my store's SEL says they are. I noticed, however, that the description on the screen at the SS referred to 6 pack sausages, so whether or not M intended to put 50p onto some 6 pack instead...

I have crossed through £2.50 on my SEL. My package is also marked "New" (my version of it anyway, lest there should be several versions of everything across M) but is fairly short-dated - BB 24/10/18 - don't know whether that is the usual length of time as I don't usually buy this product - or even notice it is there until it goes to 50p:rotfl:.

(If someone should say they have the right BC on their product but find it going through, obviously in another store, at full price, that would be interesting info. (for other unrelated reasons to do with frozen food items at the moment).)

If anyone can find Surf Tropical washing powder 90 pack, it is supposed to be £3.17 RTC. I was ripped off again, just bought two:eek: 130 packs at standard £10 offer price each last week:(. There is apparently an 85 pack also on what would have been a reasonable RTC before seeing £3.17 on 90 pack, but obviously nowhere near as good. Afaik, Surf 45 Tropical is £5:eek: RTC - someone tell me they have found that's gone down further than what I have at the moment. No good otherwise - 45 pack washing powder at A for £4.50 looked very tiny and expensive even in comparison to 130 wash at £10 in M but now I have seen SEL for 90 pack...

They are obviously downsizing packs and they or Persil (I think they're one and the same aren't they?) will, sooner or later, have to stop calling some of their packs "Family Size" if they disappear smaller so much. 50 was family size before, then 45, now 40 pack is:(. If it goes again, 35 pack would be hardly amounting to much of a family or family size any more would it? Just my two pen'orth.

I am responding to my own post. I have now managed to find boxes of Surf Tropical 90 wash. Even thought I bought what seemed to be way too much Surf washing powder what seemed, two hours ago, to be a very expensive price, I went out to M to try to buy Surf 90 at the £3.17 price on the SEL in the earlier store. I didn't have far to look - my next store had some right at the front of the store.

They did scan at less than the £10 big yellow card showing in front of them, so the card was incorrect - however they scanned at £9:(. They have been £7 offer price in the past, so that is no good! It seems at the moment I didn't do too badly on the 130 boxes I bought therefore. I am very sorry, admittedly not so much for the information but more for my not being able to buy them for £3.17:(. I don't know - perhaps they had put the £3.17 on the wrong box size and realised that wasn't what they wanted, my earlier store therefore may have had it for £3.17 yesterday, typically in the space of the 24 hours when I was not in M:(, or it may be a store specific clearance, even though the label is an 'ordinary' RTC one, though there was no stock on the shelf there today.

It is certainly not down to me taking any SEL details incorrectly, as I am very accurate. In fact I admitted to an error the other day that I did not make. The M&Ms Chocolate (238g at A and 250g at M) - I didn't have them on the list at all, probably because I did have 250g from M all along and therefore didn't link it to 238g at A (though that glitched of its own). I do have the M&M Peanut 250g, against actual M price of £1.50:eek:(:rotfl:), but I suspect that won't work as it's a special item that is in M during some periods and usually on aisle ends. It remains to be tested whether the 45 box Surf Tropicals are the £5 RTC price that I am still seeing, at two stores today so far, or whether they are in fact £3.17 or something else.

The Surf Tropical 90 wash washing powder was supposed to be £3.17, after my SEL earlier; however it was not (at least not in the store I have now tried). Sorry if anyone rushed out like me - hope you managed to find some sausages:rotfl:. I am now rushing out again, as got my probably final store today - the last one ever of the price collections!:D - and need to back before rush hour sets in.
