  • Everyone else must be out enjoying the sunshine :-).

Yet another post from me.....the Shopmium veggie things are back on for free. I'd already bought them recently so this is a new round.
  • Also, I don't think it's been mentioned before but Butterkist on Shopmium for free. Previously it was on buy 1 get 1 free I think.

Right, I'm off out shortly for a run, so you'll get some respite ;-).

I don't know whether this is a glitch in M (I don't find items in the first place through glitches only at the till/SS but through obvious, explicit SEL information) but the Eat Smart 12 pack frozen sausages (BC normal M BC start digits and then ending 789161) are scanning at the 50p price that my store's SEL says they are. I noticed, however, that the description on the screen at the SS referred to 6 pack sausages, so whether or not M intended to put 50p onto some 6 pack instead...

I have crossed through £2.50 on my SEL. My package is also marked "New" (my version of it anyway, lest there should be several versions of everything across M) but is fairly short-dated - BB 24/10/18 - don't know whether that is the usual length of time as I don't usually buy this product - or even notice it is there until it goes to 50p:rotfl:.

(If someone should say they have the right BC on their product but find it going through, obviously in another store, at full price, that would be interesting info. (for other unrelated reasons to do with frozen food items at the moment).)

[Strike]If anyone can find Surf Tropical washing powder 90 pack, it is supposed to be £3.17 RTC. I was ripped off again, just bought two:eek: 130 packs at standard £10 offer price each last week:(. There is apparently an 85 pack also on what would have been a reasonable RTC before seeing £3.17 on 90 pack, but obviously nowhere near as good. Afaik, Surf 45 Tropical is £5:eek: RTC - someone tell me they have found that's gone down further than what I have at the moment. No good otherwise - 45 pack washing powder at A for £4.50 looked very tiny and expensive even in comparison to 130 wash at £10 in M but now I have seen SEL for 90 pack...[/Strike] EDIT: Surf 90 scanning at £9 in another store:(.

They are obviously downsizing packs and they or Persil (I think they're one and the same aren't they?) will, sooner or later, have to stop calling some of their packs "Family Size" if they disappear smaller so much. 50 was family size before, then 45, now 40 pack is:(. If it goes again, 35 pack would be hardly amounting to much of a family or family size any more would it? Just my two pen'orth.

izzy that made me smile. I bought a bottle of isopropyl liquid yesterday. Supposedly, mixed with bicarb of soda, washing up liquid and a little water, it is good for getting stubborn stains from a carpet.
Where did you get it from, as its quite hard to find.

Yes! Was that in A's? It sounds like you had an interesting shop!

I'd definitely like to see how your APG works out with that 25p soy sauce please.
  • Oh wait....melons....I get it.
