Di, if she was leaving the job I would say sue the bu####s, but then she would probably not get any more work off them. Good luck.
I know it bl@@dy tempting I can tell you, she only does about 16 hours a week so I think she'd probably be happy to leave, however it is our local and its a lovely pub, he's a lovely lad starting a new business so we wouldn't do it but I'm so surprised by his behaviour over this :eek:0 -
Morning peeps.

APG still down.
But saying that, when they fix it, does anyone think this pork might give an APG back against T's?

Edit - Marmies right about APG now working. It's just all the wombles I tried yesterday are still coming back with not enough items, but a few that I didn't check are coming back ok!!
Seems that I've lost the chance to check quite a few.0 -
I'd offer them half in full and final settlement. I bet they don't want to be chasing people to force payment. "Per parent per day" is a con, why should a 2 parent family pay double??lesliejack wrote: »appeal, certainly don't just pay up
this per parent thing is totally unfair, it penalises family units
we were not charged because we could demonstrate that we booked the holiday before they changed the rules a year or so ago
were you warned you would be fined?genuine question - what would they do if you refuse to pay?
Morning,
I am on a FB group that gives good advice on what to do in these situations it's just called against school holiday fines
While I have never been fined from what I understand it's £60 per parent per child for the whole duration of your absence. General advice is that you need to check your LEA for when they would issue a fine, although now it is any unauthorised absence could result in a fine.
There are people on this group that have for one reason or another (forgot about or just couldn't afford it) not paid their fine resulting in them going to court and the fine being increased to in the £1000's and receiving a criminal record, I don't think they allow to pay in instalments either.
Please check out this group though as I am by no means an expert!
Hope this helps0 -

With the Quorn, the offer is still showing for me on the Asda website :-/. Normally when an offer's ending and I click on the '3 for 2' (for example) then it comes up saying sorry no items available. So I'll be interested to see if it works! I don't have any freezer space anyway :-(.
I just checked and it is saying
Products included in this offer
We are sorry, but none of these products are available at your store.[STRIKE]68 [STRIKE]Mouses[/STRIKE] [/STRIKE]
OMG, I'm rich! Silver in the hair, Gold in the teeff, Crystals in the Kidney, Sugar in the blood, Lead in the butt, Iron in the arteries and an inexhaustible supply of natural gas! I never thought I would accumulate such wealth!! :rotfl::rotfl:0 -
