The Elite know stuff so maybe you can advise please ...

Has anyone recent experience of replacing a system boiler please? We are in the unfortunate position of needing one immediately as ours has died :mad::(. It should be a simple switch as it is taking out the old one and putting in the new in its place (I know, nothing is ever that simple!).

I have stumbled across the B0xt website which seems to be reasonable, fixed price and significantly cheaper than a number of other online quotes I have tried. I don't like these situations as it just soaks up time getting quotes so anything I can do quickly online is a bonus.

I don't have the time to spend on this as really busy and would probably gain little procrastinating as it needs doing now. I just want it sorted quickly to reduce the stress in case the weather changes .

I always put zero value receipts through Shoppix and Shopprize, ones like the freebies from 02, they go through fine, I think it is only Receipt Hog that goes by amount spent?

Reading on HUKD it says it is from the counter, did you try there?

Morning all!


I popped into town this morning on my way to work and picked up my Greggs hot drink and PV cupcake :-). I got the mocha from Greggs, very tasty! I didn't scan my Greggs app because I've got money loaded onto it and as it's just one QR code I don't know if there's a way to scan the app without it paying for it as well. If you see what I mean.


PV had boxes of cupcakes all ready to go. I noticed that myself and my husband have the same barcodes for the offer....and it's on for the next 3 days.
