:j:j:j I have managed to lose 10lbs since coming back from Scarborough Clothes will now fit nicely until nearer the end of the cruise :rotfl: Followed some SW recipes and cut out most of biscuits and sweets

It a bit cool just now so heating on for a bit methinks
