Part of the Furniture 1,000 Posts Combo Breaker
As the APG website is STILL refusing to let me log in to print off my outstanding vouchers, I have boycotted Asda and been to Tesco this morning.

    Bad move Asda, bad move.
    Same, I went to ALDI

Just been reading the MSE article on the demise of APG and in the comments a guy has posted this few times about the printing problems, has anyone tried.

"I had that problem yesterday but I managed to get it to work a different way. On the main screen where you input your receipt details, enter your email address and password as if you are going to check an online shop. You will see an error message saying that you don't have any online shops to check. Clear that message and then enter your receipt details on the left of the screen. You are now signed in and should be able to print your voucher without receiving the error message saying elves are looking into the technical problem."

Could you talk to your local ambulance charity about this ? It's similar to what I'm doing the sponsored walk for although my fundraising is not for my local area as we already have one. Also if anyone would like to sponsor me I would like to put my link up but not sure where to do this ?? Can anyone kindly advise me ? I'm very grateful for any help. Many thanks xx

You need to post your link on a new thread on the charities board and then link to that thread here. HTHs

    Good luck x
  • TS I've just tried again and it still says no, I've posted a picture of the screen to the nwcoverns whatsapp group to prove I'm trying haha. I'll try again in a couple of days failing that I might just post it to you, sorry x

Thanks so much for trying Di, I do remember previously when someone else was doing a sponsored thing some people had problems but can't for the life of me remember how they resolved it.

Have you tried contacting them or using a different browser like Nellie suggested? It makes me wonder how many more people have problems with Justgiving as DD has only had few donations from her FB friends and I can't imagine they are as determined as us Elite to solve a problem. ;)

I think someone mentioned once Virgin is a good site to use for fundraising but DD had already set up the page before I got around to mentioning it to her.

I've just had a buyer asking where is the item. I posted it without tracking. I suspect they are trying for a freebie. £15.
If it has gone with royal mail everything has a 2D tracking symbol that is scanned at doorstop. You might try to give the delivery office that would have delivered the parcel to see if there is record of something being scanned at that address.
