Evening elite, having removed the SA's 'DO NOT GIVE REFUND' scrawl from the school shirts packaging with nail polish remover, I got a cash refund without a problem:) Also spent wombled £35+ apg with no issue, just a compliment from Sa a saying what a nice one it was.
She was very miffed that she only found out about the demise of the apg from FB yesterday, the staff hadn't been told at all!
This was at Qferry store.

I've never had any negativity using APGs,, the SAs have been like your's.. saying 'well done'

Somebody mentioned Olio earlier. I just wanted to say, I discovered this app a couple of months ago and it's fab! I must admit I'm normally collecting food rather than giving, as we tend to use up everything. It's amazing the kinds of things that people will get rid of on there. Even perfectly good tins of things that are still in date!
