    1x Maggi 3 Minute Noodles Chicken (5x59g) £1.99 £1.00

:rotfl:Incorrect price on their SELs? Believe it went up to £1.50 in M the day after I got round to putting it on, and then crossing it out on, my list, before my collection two collections ago and hasn't been on the list since. Silly me - I ought to have a month ago's items on and the current offers in M off. They could get anything on the APG, especially on items that are regularly changing in price back and forth and back again, including full price when items are on offer because the M collection stores hadn't generally got round to putting the offer on display and, as it seems here, offer price when the item is full price if enough stores haven't changed their SELs yet. What date is the receipt?

I don't know why this happens - maybe so that some people might make the mistake of seeing an item on offer and then assuming it is still on offer when it's now back at full price (maybe buying it as part a big shop and then not noticing it is back at full price), but I've had a number of cases recently where items seem to be on offer one day, back to full price two days later and then back on offer a week later. The Fox's chunky cookies earlier in the year, for example, went onto 50p RTC ealier in the year but it was time-limited. They then came off the RTC, went up to full price (as soon as I had stock after about three weeks of RTC) but, then, a few weeks later, one at least went back to 50p (apparently RTC according to the SEL I then had). That was not incorrect SEL as the product was scanned at the SS and it was 50p. I have, of course, not seen them ever since and they are unlikely to be found now.

I rang Eon and after a bit faffing about I got someone who understood.

I explained mum was in a carehome so wasn't going home and she had a smart meter. This was only electric gas in with rent.

They asked if I had handed keys in  . I kept saying I would be handing them in when I had locked flat door and gone and given them to manager.

They said they couldn't do final bill till I had handed keys in :rotfl:

Eventually I got through to them about handing keys in ;) and they said hang on and they would close account and bill would arrive in couple days and not to close DD til they had sorted it and they would shut DD.

I couldn't give final reading myself because meter is outside front door in corridor behind a letterbox shaped panel which needed looked like an alan key. But they assured me they had got reading from smart meter and it did go off 5 minutes after phone call.

    This was 13th August .

No mum not got an online account she gets paper bills and up to yesterday no final bill been seen :(

Thanks for the additional information tweets. Would you like me to have a look for you? Drop an email to the address in my Profile if this would help.

Is the account in your mum's name? If it is, do you have authority to look after it for her? If this is the case, please include some ID details like full address, account number, date of birth, registered email address/phone number etc. Just need to make sure I keep the right side of Data Protection rules.

Hope to hear from you tweets. :)
