I only list my items as BIN - works for me

You must have more popular items than me, I only sell off unwanted gifts.

    I find this.
I've tried everything but seem to do slightly better with 5 days.
Just trying to alter last night's auto relist for up to 8 times, but think I've frozen my revisions.......
This one's been updating for 5 mins.

My stuff is only low value £5 ish.

Discovered another hidden gem, Good till cancelled. Most random listing, something that I didn't select.

Well that's taken up most of my free morning. :(

Morning tweets and sorry I've been slow coming back to you. Catching up after Bank Holiday and all that.

I'm here now and standing by ready to help. What's your question?

    Malc

    Good Afternoon Malc :)

My mum's had to go into a carehome so I had to ring Eon and ask for final bill.

How long will it take before final bill arrives please ?

She was on smart meter and smart meter got turned off before I locked her flat up and handed back keys .

Hello tweets and sorry your mum has had to go into a care home.

When you called, did you give us closing meter readings and ask for her account to be ended? If you did, the final bill will be raised from this information and be with you within three working days of your request.

Did you register her account with our website for paperless billing? If you did, we'll have put the final bill online and sent an email to the registered address to let you know it's ready to view.

If a landlord or letting agent is looking after the energy, they'll need to let us have the information and we'll be able to close from there.

Sorry for all the questions tweets. Just need to know where this is at. If you let me know what happened, I'll be able to give more specific advice.

Look forward to hearing from you. :)

I rang Eon and after a bit faffing about I got someone who understood.

I explained mum was in a carehome so wasn't going home and she had a smart meter. This was only electric gas in with rent.

They asked if I had handed keys in  . I kept saying I would be handing them in when I had locked flat door and gone and given them to manager.

They said they couldn't do final bill till I had handed keys in :rotfl:

Eventually I got through to them about handing keys in ;) and they said hang on and they would close account and bill would arrive in couple days and not to close DD til they had sorted it and they would shut DD.

I couldn't give final reading myself because meter is outside front door in corridor behind a letterbox shaped panel which needed looked like an alan key. But they assured me they had got reading from smart meter and it did go off 5 minutes after phone call.

    This was 13th August .

No mum not got an online account she gets paper bills and up to yesterday no final bill been seen :(
