Sad day for us here DIL dad died last night. Same age as me but had been unwell for a long time and struggled bravely for as long we have known him

Her mum has looked after him for years and he got his wish to be at home not in a hospice.

On another note nice to see lurkers coming out to join us

Mrsmac - sad day, but also a relief no doubt as no more worry and distress the fighting is now over and he had his wish, to be at home with his loved ones..
