Been having a look and have to admit I would not have bought from them, a lesson hard learned is to always check there are contact details on the website and there really is nothing there. I cannot find anything anywhere.

I am guessing she did not pay by paypal? There's a lot of posts out there saying people have had trouble with them and are reclaiming the money.

She not said in post how she paid just that she's lost £46  she ordered Paw Prints solar lights from them .

People in group are advising her to contact her bank .

I remember her posting all excited when she ordered them for her garden.

in the same a, a mum of 2 was pushing a trolley, her young son lingered by a long receipt that I had spied, he looked round picked it up and joined his family and walked to the car, I followed (my car was parked only a few cars away from theirs) hoping he would throw the receipt away or at least leave it in the trolley...but no he took it with him :( and no other wombles around :( the car parks are so clean nowadays aren't they?

Seems like it is registered in Panama and a PO box for an address. I may be wrong, but she can possibly kiss her money good bye :(

And a gmail address as a contact address. s.t.effen.dietz@gmail.com

But of course, could all come good.
