The pound world store at Broughton was closing on Sunday and it was fill a carrier bag for £2 there so it looks like the stores will have different closing day offers. I wasn’t even tempted to go in and have a look let alone buy anything:)
Good morning everyone :wave::wave:

Its like I always say... apart from us wombling for apgs... even the coupons we use that are very legit... there are always one that doesnt like u to use and go out of their way to stop u using them.
Went to a tesco cafe yesterday with 2 coupons for the free drinks, and she looked at them for ages and questioned where i got them from..blah blah.. then went inside and asked and of cos came back out and made my drinks.
they didnt have the mags so didnt know about the free drink..
another one I dont like is when u print a coupon from an email the company send u ... and the store says to me... its a photocopy, even though its in color..
at least we make an effort to save ourselves some pennies... rather than be the ones that overspend and keep moaning their broke....
My friend and I had that in Mold the other day. Some woman comes over and gives me the third degree about the coupons lol. It's not much fun really with all the hassle but the end result is good0 -

Hello everyone
I've been on holiday and now work is mad so I've been lurking a bit. Delivery is £3.48 so may be good for shoeboxes. I'm not really sure if it is 5p for one or for 12, but if you order enough, these are very cheap.My ikea takeaway
Our IKEA family meal cost over £42,
the Mrs & kids had meatballs and I had the PERI-PERI Chicken, very nice.
I got wine, lager and soft drinks, I took a couple of food storage boxes for a doggie bag all there wasn't a lot left to takeaway food wise, Swedish food shop not included so no choc, diam bars, nuts etc should have got more wine & beer!
Locarr, you are very lucky. Last time I did this I suppose it was obvious what I was doing and she said she had to open the bottles of alcohol as they don't have a licence to sell it. I had to go back and get posh fruit juice instead.
Re the Waitrose cup, mhoc, you are quite right and I'd love to see how this works out in practice. But for 25p for a banana, it's hardly worth risking getting caught, I would have thought. (Not that I think any of us would do that!) I've not tested it yet, but will on Tuesday when I am near a little Waitrose, but I bought a reusable cup from Asda for £1. It looked good quality and the similar but more expensive a prettier ones say they are leak proof. We shall see...
Going back to lurkdom now. I've been working 12 hours, though did have a long lunchbreak, and need to get away from the computer!0 -

I thought about it for a minute and realised that I didn't really need it.....I didn't even need an Arcadia voucher as there's nothing I need.
