    Oh, well that's good then!

I had some S gift cards ages ago prob about 18mths ago and was spending on fuel, then as I was using my last there was a sign at the fuel tills saying gift cards no longer being accepted from (such&such date), and I remember thinking good job mine are all but gone.

Unless gift cards are different to refund cards.

It's refund cards that I know for certain work on petrol

I went to another today and there were plenty instore...Tried two different for the gins but none in stock...:(

I have also been looking unsuccesssfully for Aldi gins - my stores only seem to have one bottle in at a time.

But I tried a different store today and I got the one made in the BLack Forest, so its very appropriate.
I had a bit if a hesitation about the £19.99 price but it went throygh the till at £14.99 - I was probably looking at the wrong label.

My Cath Kidston Spiced Apple and Pear Christmas Chutney just got cheaper!!:j
    Apples - free from friend
Pears RTC at Coop last week - 40p
Sultanas - from the Whitworths deal
    Spices from the Schwartz deal
Onions, I buy in bulk so probably 30p
    Sugar from the cupboard

Ran out of vinegar - trip to coop £3 Gregggs voucher and a till thing for 50p off dairy - I'd planned to get milk in a separate shop anyway!
    Then a free coke.

All made in the jam pan that was a Christmas present last year and using other stuff like jars and labels that I bought well reduced in Dunelm earlier this year!!

    Good fun, isn't it? :D

My mid-afternoon snack today cost 1p - half a tub of free Fage yoghurt with half a banana (which were 11p for five rtc.)

Last night I had two good sized pieces of sea bass rtc 90p with a slice of bread and butter, absolutely gorgeous, followed by free Ooola raspberry and choc mousse (which are very nice but seriously not worth paying full price for, ever)
