go to doctor or a and e. Ticks can carry Lyme's disease. Especially if not fully removed. Call NHS 24 for advice.

Just back from 12 days away working on a catering job and back at my desk job today. Boss comes in and says they are dropping my hours to 8 from 21 a week. Bit of a shock. I am self employed so not much I can do.

can you put your rate up if you are self employed?

Make sure you only do the hours you are paid for, has business hit a slump or how will they get the work done?
