Good morning all :) Back from my hols, had a brilliant time :D
    Now back to reality

Bonus points from Virgin trains added with no chasing required :j

Have not had time to read back all but big hugs for Sarah and Snap x
Glad you had a good time :D
Welcome back pandoraskids, so glad you've had a brilliant time :j

Bubbs tbh I think her bills sound about right over the year. It sounds as though she has paid around £600 and owes about £400 which works out about £10 each for gas and electric per week. I would be very happy with that and wouldn't be changing provider.
However we and all of our family and friends are with Utility warehouse and I cannot praise them enough. We get gas, electricity, telephone and broadband off them, we get one bill and it all goes out on one DD. We get a monthly bill with either an estimated reading or if we give a reading ourselves that is updated monthly, we never do that but my mum does it every month.
We also pay £2 bill protector and we've just had four months paid for whilst I've been off sick :T
I hope she gets sorted there's nothing worse than not understanding it.
Thanks, i will mention Utility warehouse, she said she not going with the other one anyway :D

    That is a long process

It might be worth googling to see if you can find a plant or rose that already has her name? Pretty sure that was what I suggested to Bubbs.
