I tried the Tesco multibuy with yellow stickers and it failed.

Fruit was "any 2 for £3" normally £2 each.

Reduced to £1.42 with yellow sticker and I wondered whether an extra £1 would come off at the till. £1.42 x 2 - £1= £1.84, but I was charged £2.84. I should have bought non yellow stickers for an extra 16p.

scamps has caused a lot off confusion. the multi you tried has never worked, in tesco.

    Afternoon all
Im on holiday too. We are 8 hours ahead. Might have mentioned it a few times but not many have noticed compared to the others on hols :o
Going to the airport soon to fetch DD. She lives in Oz and havent seen her since my mum died a year ago. So looking forward to that very much
DS arrived 2 nights ago but already gone touring to an Island called Penang. Will be back tomorrow, so will be nice for all the family to be together.
Forgot to mention (jetlag) Flight here was good. Disability assistance by BA was spot on. We were dreading it with OH having to use oxygen in flight. He is using a portable oxygen concetrator now we are here and struggling but managing it as use to continuous flow where as the POC is pulse control. But we made it :D
Dream come true for him as he thought he would never fly to visit his family again.

A guess but sounds like you are in a beautiful part of the world. Guess is Thailand but maybe Malaysia. BA assistance is very good, did they give you a medical bulk head seat as well? I find virgin as very good as well.

Hi all back after my little jaunts around the world. Antigua with N was lush and lovely to see it at a different time of the year. Bless her hubby for sleeping on the sofa for a week. Then half term in gran can aria with dd and dgd. Dd had booked a really superb hotel somewhere I will definately go again. Dgd had a whale of a time and even swam with sea lions which she loved. Weather seems to be hotting up a bit here just hoping for a long summer this year.
Jauntily off Thursday to look after youngest dgd for a few days. Its all go.

    Intrigued by T'S horse sitting!!
Not a clue on glitches but will back to reading daily again.

Don't they have sage or rosemary in? Had one a while ago with aniseed.

Hi Hilly, As me and zippy remember it doesn't usually take the extra off if the product is only in one multibuy offer like 3 for £10 or 2 for £5. I wasn't expecting to get any extra off when I only saw the 3 for £10 labels on the packs. It must have been a one off for scamps.

Where it has worked in the past is if a product has 2 multibuy offers on it at the same time, meat in previous years both normal and BBQ have often had offer of 2 packs for £7 or 3 packs for £10 when this has coincided in the past it takes off £1 for 2 packs and £2 for 3 packs.

You usually still get the BOGOF or 342 on whoopsied items in Ts, not had a BOGOF recently but 342 on veg worked for me few weeks back.

yes you're right....its ages since we bought rtc in T and had forgotten about the 2 multi buys which make it work...silly me..perhaps I have to now hand in my elite badge?:(

Thanks for everybody's replies on the meat multi-buys. I now feel terrible as I advised another yellow sticker shopper to add another pack of barbecue meat to her shopping to get the discount. The multi-buy definitely comes off though on the vegetables when it it 3 for 2 as I have done this several times recently. HTH
