    Have a soak in a luke warm bath. DD had minor sun stroke in Florida and we plonked her in a luke warm bath for a while, seemed to do the trick.

    Round here we tend to ignore loud bangs. We have a heavy artillery range not far from us, along with several firing ranges.

    We had REALLY loud thunder and bad lightening last night, well the rain as well:eek::eek:
