    Morning all

I posted my insurance query on two other forums OMG  I will not be venturing there again

I will stay here Have a lovely day, enjoy whatever you do

What was OMG about the advice given in the others forums?

Your question was answered and you were advised on what route to take with your insurer

There are some very sensitive people here Q and most users of this forum just get used to it. Some get upset if you don't post a smiley or two  :rotfl:

Intrigued so had a read. Both threads seem Ok to me, but as is common in life sometimes people don't like answers they don't want to hear. ;)

Seems a straightforward case to me. Ask the insurers to look at the CCTV evidence and if they refuse make a formal complaint that you're not happy with the way it's been handled/outcome. Simple really !

If you want Better than FREE/FREE/Cheap shopping Q, stick around !

    Good morning lovely peoples

I've been a bit down recently, as the copy letter from the Oncologist to my GP wasn't anywhere near as upbeat/optimistic as our meeting :(

Sorry to hear this and sorry your oncologist wasn't able to convey their message better. Did you have someone with you at the appointment to take notes? Sometimes the message is blurred when you pick on one phrase and miss some others.

They have to cover their backs when it is in writing. Personally I would go with what he/she SAID.
