How did the interview go cjj? Have to admit I occasionally go for interviews just to keep my hand in, not really able to consider a job at the moment with the amount of time I have to spend helping OH with his work.

It went ok ish. Some questions I answered well and some not as well. Let myself down not getting in my strong points on one of the questions and there was no other opportunity. I did well on a phones test but logging the call was another story. Caps lock was on and I didn't realise at first :eek: And the A button was worn off the keyboard and it threw me more than it should. All this as I was running through a script and thinking about caller meeting the criteria. I will most likely find out tomorrow but I won't hold my breath . Thanks for asking xx
