morning all sunshine east surrey urgent advise required I have found a pack of sliced smoked salmon in the freezer dated feb 2018 if I defrost it can it be eaten raw or do I have to re cook it

So long as it was frozen before the date on the pack and is sealed then it is supposed to be OK in the freezer for 3 months so SHOULD be OK. Personally though, I would cook it.
