Not a Prime member but worked for me as well alongside a purchase to make it up to £20 for free delivery. I just paid the £9.98 for my additional item. Theoretically, you only have to spend just over a fiver on additional item/s to avoid paying £4.75 postage for the free toys.

The 6 weeks is generally to allow 're-ablement' ie, is there any therapy or resource that can be provided to prevent said person needing residential care.
Tweets, if Mum wants to go home so be it, it's up to her, despite what those around her think.

You MUST, despite your feelings, tell any assessing officer or social worker that you are UNABLE to provide any care for your mum, I know that sounds harsh, but if you say you can that will be taken into account when her care package is priced/sourced.

I wont stop her going home but she already knows I will only go weekends when she does and it will be back to 30 mins moaning at 3-30pm telling me about every ache and pain . Funny she not had these while being cared for just sore leg and tongue .

Got to ring 3-30pm so I cant go out after work that's if I wanted if she hears any noise in background got to explain what it is lol

I just complained on Thr33 chat and they gave me a code - and just collected my coffee :). How unlimited can run out ... it must be a new definition of unlimited after taking lessons from broadband providers ... :D.

I cannot find them.... DS1 and DIL are coming to the UK to live - I am trying to get the basics together before they arrive - these would be ideal.

    So far I have sourced/begged/borrowed

    Washing machine
    Dryer
    Fridge/freezer
    kettle

I have put together cleaning and toiletry stuff.

    Just need everything else!!!!

Good morning all, looks wet out there

Just one "stupid" question TM, you don't have a water softener do you? Just that if you do you should not be drinking from anything other than a drinking water tap.

No we don't but I'll tell you something...you would be a very useful person to live with if there was

    1. A Cyber attack

    2. A hurricane which brought down power cables

    3. Influenza

    Or

If we were stranded on a desert island:o

    Good morning lovely people

I don't normally find wombles - but yesterday I was just about to get a trolley, at Sainsburys, when I felt I had stood on something. I looked down to find I was standing on a whole cucumber! I can't understand how I missed seeing it before standing on it :( A shame really as I need one for the Vietnamese fish salad I'm making for dinner :o

Hope everyone has a lovely day :A

I would have just cut the squashed bit off the cucumber and used the rest:rotfl::rotfl:

Great news JTS......you really deserve a break.....and perfect timing too:T ....now you can relax a little and enjoy that fabulous holiday:)
